(1) BALANCE ADJUST LIMIT (AMT.): 

Whatever amount you put in, that is the limit of adjustment e.g. Rs 100/- then you can not adjust more than the limit.


INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => Payment => Balance Adjustment

On clicking (+), we get the following screen


In Total Amount, we can not put more than the permitted limit.


(2) BALANCE ADJUST LIMIT (FINE): 


Whatever amount you put in, is the limit of adjustment in the fine.  e.g. if you put the limit as 0.01 then you can not adjust more than the limit.


INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => Payment => Balance Adjustment

On clicking (+), we get the following screen



In Fine, we can not put more than the permitted limit.


(3) MAX CASH LIMIT (AMT.): 

Whatever you put the amount into this, means, the limit of cash amount you can receive e.g. if you put the limit of cash as 50000, then you can not take cash more than 50000

  1. ALLOW EDIT DAYS: With allowed Edit Days, he is permitted to edit, after which the edit option will not be there. The effect is on all Transaction 

  2. ALLOW ESTIMATE LIST TIME: For normal users, this estimate will the visible at the time given, which is in minutes

  3. ENABLE LAST BALANCE IN BILL: If Yes, then the bill produced will show the previous amount also.

  4. ALLOW SALES TAG EDIT PCS: Eg. If any Tag has 10 pieces, and in this slot, we put 2. Then users can sell up to 8. This is the limit he can reduce. If he has to reduce it then he has to ask Admin to do so.

  5. ALLOW SALES TAG EDIT WEIGHT: Eg. If any Tag has 100 grams, and in this slot, we put 2 grams. Then users can sell the material for 2 grams less than the Tag weight. This is the limit he can reduce. If he has to reduce further he has to ask Admin to do so.

  6. ALLOW SALES TAG EDIT OTHER AMOUNT: While Billing in Transaction / Retail there is an option for Less weight, in this the limit of the amount is given in this

    slot 

  1. ENABLE ACCOUNT FOLLOW BY FIELD: If we select Yes



Effect : Account (Menu) => Customer


Then we get the following screen. If we click on the Follow By at the drop-down the Users will come. We have to select the User. The selected User will be able to see that specific Customer's Account & the Admin will be able to know which User is following up with that Customer.





14. ENABLE ALL BRANCH ACCOUNT CREATE: If Yes, then the Account of 

       the Customer can be seen in all the branches.

15. ENABLE ITEM CATEGORY SIZE :  

      If we put Yes and save. 

       When we click INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => CONFIGURATION =>       

       INVENTORY SETUP => ITEM CATEGORY => Click (+), screen is as follows.



     And if put NO in the setting, the red Mark will not be visible.

16. ENABLE ITEM PACKING:  Effect in Job Work, Purchase and Return, Sales        

       Return, Price-List, Minimum Discount, Tag Report, Tag Creation

                      5 Tag Scene—--- 1QR Code

 When we click INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => LOT CREATION / Tag => MULTIPLE PACKAGE 

When we click on (+), the following is the screen



One by one Tag numbers added (1) will create one group as follows and a QR Code will be generated.



On clicking update ( → ), we get three options Update, Update & Exit, Update & QR Code Print. One can get the QR Code from here. 

On putting this QR Code in Transaction & Retail, all the Tags added in the group will be added.


17. ENABLE AUTO LOAN INTEREST: Automatically the software calculates the  

       rate of interest as specified. On the 1st of every month is add the interest will be 

       reflected on the Ledger


18.  ENABLE GENDER REQUIRED IN ACCOUNT: In the customer's account, we 

       can make the Gender Compulsory. 


19. ENABLE VIP LEVEL REQUIRED IN ACCOUNT: We can make VIP Level 

      Compulsory in Customer Account.


20. DEFAULT HM RATE: When we put the HallMark Rate here, this rate will come                  

     In the Sale Bill automatically, if the default HM Rate is Yes


21. ENABLE DEFAULT HM RATE: If this is yes, then the Rate put in Hall Mark, will 

      come automatically.


22. SAVE DUPLICATE NO IN ACCOUNT: This software does not allow the same 

     number for different Accounts. If we put Yes, then this will allow the same number for 

      different Account


23. ENABLE PREFIX NAME: If we put Yes then Prefix will be compulsory.


24. ENABLE CASH/BANK ACCOUNT USER WISE: If Yes then the User will be 

      able to receive/ pay the amount in cash/Bank Account, for which he is permitted.


25. ENABLE LOCATION USER WISE: If the user is given permission for any 

      specific location, he will not be able to use it from an unauthorized location.


26. DEFAULT CREDIT NAME TITLE: Instead of Cr., we can write as per our 

      Convenience and this will be reflected in Accounts


27. DEFAULT DEBIT NAME TITLE: Instead of Dr., we can write as per our 

      convenience, and this will be reflected in Accounts.


28. ENABLE MOBILE NO REQUIRED IN ACCOUNT: To make the mobile 

     number compulsory, we have to make it Yes


29. ENABLE AUTO TRANSFER SALES BILL TO CUSTOMER: When both 

     the party is using the same software, then we can transfer the sales Bill 

     to the customer's account i.e. the credit amount in the company’s account will be converted to the Debit amount in the customer’s account.
